The Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG) is a nationally based program to help those with gluten intolerance. The branches and partners of GIG embrace and support the mission and goals that are set up by the Gluten Intolerance Group. GIG partners are independent organizations that work with GIG to benefit the entire celiac and gluten intolerance communities. GIG believes by partnering with other organizations, we can work more effectively toward national unity that is needed to be respected by manufactures, government, and other leaders affecting our health care and food regulations.
One of the GIG branches is in Canton, OH. It is the Alliance Canton Gluten Intolerance Group. It is held at the Raisin Rack Natural Food Market once a month.
